In apartment hotels, you have your own fully-equipped kitchen.
You can eat when you want (instead of having to eat when the hotel restaurant is open). You control how much you spend (substantial savings on hotels with three restaurant meals/day) and you may cook whatever way suits you. Foreigners in particular often grow weary of French cuisine and prefer to do their own cooking.
Living area
